Where are located users informations or the sending of mail ?

Hello,

On my SIM, I put tasks which send a mail when there is a problem on one of my servers.
I also have create users which manage their own servers.

Where, all this informations, are stored? Is it in the database or on the local SIM server ?
How can I save this datas?

I found it.

It is saved in the database.

I have reinstalled SIM and forced it to use my last database.

All informations (users, tasks, ...) were saved.

Agreed, although when I restored recently I found that the sender email details were missing and had to be reinput. No idea why but worth checking, but end up being an anamonoly.
