Error 311 - HPE Smart storage Energy Pack Configuration error

Hi,

We recently installed some HPE Proliannt DL360 Gen 10 servers, On boot we get the error 

311 - HPE Smart Storage Energy Pack Configuration error - The system has exceeeded the installed energy pack capacity.

These are new server factory configured. Is this SMART array Battery backup? I could find not information on an energy pack. The servers have a stnadard configuration, 2 processors some memory and disk drives.

Any insight into how to resolve this message would be appreciated.
