how to get current BIOS without service contract

Hi,
we have some HPE products, but the support contract not with HPE but with another company.
Is there a way to download drivers, firmware etc. for HPE products from this website without a current service contract with HPE ?

Unfortunately, without a current service contract with HPE, it is not possible to download drivers, firmware, and BIOS updates directly from the HPE website. However, some HPE products may have certain updates available for download without a service contract through the HPE Support Center or HPE Support Assistant.

This was the very reason I am moving away from HPE servers. We try and extend our servers as much as we can since we a municipal entity with not too much funding. Just trying to get the basic software to  protect the systems is not possible with HPE post support.. 15+ years of HPE server support is going away.
