Sorry if this is the wrong forum.
I have set up a UPS R/T3000 which has 3 Server connected to. I have installed the HP PowerProtector Software on all Servers. I can discovery the Device and also configure all the settings for shutdown etc. If I check now the HP UPS Network Management Modul unter "Agents list" I can see all the server but they have a status of "In service Not protected". Communication says also "Connected". Could somebody tell me what this status means (couldn't find with googeling) and how i can correct it. Thanks in advanced.

SolutionHello,
The HPE PP Administrator monitors the UPSstatus and notifies Clients of power-related events, and communicates directly with the UPS through a USB or serial port. If there is a power failure, the HPE PP Client gracefully shuts down protected servers, and communicates with the HPE PP Administrator or HPE UPS Network module through a network connection

Thanks.
