Error 1040
I've try the backup on the Data Protector Express 3.5 SP2 with RDX Cartridge 160GB but it keep shows me Error 1040: No devices specified or all devices are now offline. See the attach photo. I use a different USB port and nothing. So is there anything i can do to solve this problem ?
