Problem with Data Protector Express

Hello

one of my customer is using this software and lost his password for the software to login.
Is there a way to reset or change the password ?
It is urgent because they need to make a revovery of back up as soon as possible.
Please help me

Unfortunately, when you lose the password the only option is to reinstall the software. Then you can import the existing backup tapes into the new catalog and do the recovery.
