There are a couple of ultrium 6 drives on the support site, but none of them match model numbers of what I have. There are 6650, 6250 and tape blades. These drivers came with a Quantum i40, but the internal model is not listed anywhere. I don't see it on the label on the back of the drive, through the quantum interface or through Windows device manager.
Entering a serial number just tells me that I can't search by serial number at this time. How can I get these drivers?

SolutionSo, you can either download the drivers for the 6650 or the 6250 (same file) for Windows 2012. How utterly lame that you can't quickly find drivers on this site for the hardware you just bought and even more so that they're support chat was utterly incompetent in helping me. 2+ hours for something that should've taken 5 minutes. Thanks HP! This is why I don't buy your crap anymore, unfortunately Quantum stuck me with these.
