I've installed the exchange agent for veritas 9.0 and have created a backup account with full administrative rights. Also, all the backup exec services are set to autostart with this account. Veritas is set to use this account by default. This account also has local administrator rights on both machines.I can access everthing else on the Exchange server for backup except the user mailboxes. Following is the error that I receive when making remote selections (User Mailboxes) from my backup server to the Exchange server.
"Unable the attach the Exchange Server Mailboxes. Access denied"
Thanks,
Doug

Hi,
Try this document from veritas:
http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/249456.htm
Make sure you have the ff. licenses:
* Exchange Agent with remote client access.
Hope this helps.
