Associated enclosure labeled serial number with warranty serial number

I am currently working with HP support to determine what drive enclosure is associated with a StoreOnce base server.  They have provided me a list using the warranty serial number versus the labeled serial number.  

I tried searching on the HP support website, but can't locate the information.  Has anyone else experienced the samething?

1. Selected Warranty tools from the main menu
2. Ran Check Auto Repair actions .
3. The above steps will fix from console, since you have already logged a case engineer will log in to cli Repair.
