how to create Vlan ACL on HPE 1920 SERIES (JG925A)

Hi,
i'm trying to Assassinate a ACL to a Vlan on HPE JG925A Switch.
i don't really understand the mechanism behind the assignation of ACL to a port or VLAN.
i've tried different ways : - command line ssh ("packet-filter" is not recognized).
Web ui (i can just do port based ACL and i dont understant how it works with classifier, behavior, QOS policy, etc...).

could you please explain me how it works ?
