VXLAN VPN from VLAN error

Hello everybody,
I have a pair of 8325 with 10.06 firmware. Activating the terminal monitor I get the following error:
<ERR> debug | LOG_ERR | AMM | - | VXLAN | VXLAN | vxlan vpn from vlan mapping not found [vxlan_utils_get_vpn_from_vlan, 108] vlan_id: 1

Keeping in mind that I have not activated vxlan functionality on the device. What could it be ?
Thank you
Best Regards

Re: VXLAN VPN from VLAN error

Hello,

As far as I can see this is a bug and was fixed in 10.06.0100 and later.  Which is the exact  10.06.x version you are running? The latest version of the 10.06 branch is 10.06.0120.

Re: VXLAN VPN from VLAN error

Hello,

On the download page you will probably see GL.10.07.0005 as newest version. This is the initial release of the new 10.07 feature branch. Initial releases of new feature branches dont always contain all the fixes.  It may contain the fix we are talking about but for better stability I would recommend to go to 10.06.0120 because the 10.06 branch has been in support since a couple of months and a lot of issues were fixed.

Using 10.07.0005 at this point would be justified only if you need any of the new features it introduces.
