To the rescue! Support hub for HPE GreenLake helps resolve challenges quickly

The support hub is your one-stop shop for support needs with HPE GreenLake. Whether youโ€™re performing a task with the hybrid cloud platform or with one of the services that run there, such as HPE GreenLake for Private Cloud Enterprise, it can quickly connect you with the answers and other resources you need to complete that task or solve a problem.

The support hub helps HPE GreenLake users in the following ways:

  • An AI-powered search field enables you to search for answers across all HPE GreenLake product documentation, covering the platform and cloud services.
  • An organized set of links to other information resources and tools that can help you solve problems and increase your expertise. This includes guides/manuals, release notes, communities, and software tools such as the wellness dashboard and HPE InfoSight.
  • Support case management tools for HPE GreenLake. You get one link each to create a case, view your cases, or contact HPE Support.
