ART table - HPE1920S

Hello, I want to use the ARp table from on HPE 1920S but I get the following message:
The ARP entry has been configured, but the target is not on a local subnet.
This entry will not be displayed in the ARP Table until a matching local subnet is created.
Can you help me?
