Cloning a running system

Does any one know of a Open source Clone system, Which can clone a windows 2003 server, why is running.

Vmware Converter is not exactly open source, but free. It works brilliantly for standard desktops/laptops, but haven't tested on servers (if SAN etc is involved it is perhaps more doubtful if it is a good solution).
