Netwok configuration disappears from dl360 g6

I have a dl360 g6 with w2k3 installed, and NC382i as network driver for the two integrated NICs.

When I try to open the TCP/IP configuration tab from the control panel, the NICs result not configured with the fixed IP that I assigned.

The "obtain an IP address automatically" flag is enabled.

I can see the IP address that I assigned, from the dos prompt, with the ipconfig command.

Does anybody have a suggestion ?

I tried to upgrade the firmware and I reinstalled the driver.

But this doesn't solve my problem :(

Other ideas ?

No,
no teaming, we use the two NICs on different networks.

The other strange thinks i've noticed, is that the IP addreses I assignad, are marked as "DHCP assigned" and not "Fixed address".

I tried to disable "DHCP client" service, but without this service enable, it is impossible to bind address on NICs.

What a strange problem.....
