openssh exit code

Hi,
I've installed openssh 3.81 on win 2003 server and successfully configured key authentication.
I have only a problem with the exit code, it's always 0 even if there are errors.
I also installed copssh on win xp but here the return code is correct.
I'm running this command:
ssh user@win2003srv "exit 5"
from linux box echo $? is 0
ssh user@winxp "exit 5"
from linux box echo $? is 5
I think it's a problem related with some windows policy/permission.
Following is the debug of both sshd sessions:

The only thing that differs is:
copssh --> debug3: channel 0: close_fds r -1 w -1 e 6 c -1
openssh --> debug3: channel_close_fds: channel 0: r -1 w -1 e 6

c -1 is missing in openssh session.
Any ideas?

Hi,
I've installed copssh on a windows 2003 server and the return code is correct.
So maybe there's a bug in openssh or during copssh installation there are more permissions or setup.
