API Warranty Check... available?

Hi community. I'm wondering if at the end the API Warranty Check was released or not. If it was: Where I can get acces to it?

Please find, you are still able to check the warranty status of your assets using the Warranty Check Tool in the HPE Support Center.

Thank you for your answer. Do you know if there is any estimated date for releasing it? Warranty tool is fine when you have a couple of servers, but when you have hundredds of them you need something that supports you on doing massive queries.

Thank you for the feedback.

At this time we are conducting the pilot and we will need that to conclude before the API can be releaseed GA. There is no release date that can be shared at this time.

Once available GA, there will be Stakeholder communications passed to the HPE Support Center users.

When will this API be available or is there another method to open a support case to do so? I find it rediculous that i need to check 200+ servers 1 by 1 in your warranty check tool in the Support Center.

I have been looking for this info as well.

The other piece i am looking for is a direct url to look up warranty info for a device.  I used to be able to include thje serial number in the url and it would go directly to the warranty page.  Now i have to go to the main page and enter in a serial number.

I need this for my field ops and lifecycle teams.  A way to make it easier for them to look up warranties.

Hallo! We would also need this API to manage lifecycle efficiently... we were relying on the public warranty page before it was put behind an auth wall, and we were really hoping that the REST API would have been made available in a shorter timeline after that. Is there anything we could do as customers to support this effort?

I have hundreds of HP printers in my CMDB   I'll quit retire before I have to run each individual serial number manually.  Kind of a shame too that Dell has an API available for their customers, but HP can't..

So it's been over a year since this post was originally made, and many months since there's been any HPE response. Can you tell us anything about this vital feature that was unceremoneously removed years ago with no thought at replacement? My company has close to 1500 PCs/Laptops that have almost entirely been made up of HPs, but this issue has dragged on so long that it's the primary reason management has decided to go with Dells, because our inventory management software hasn't been able to tell us the warranty expiration date for years so we can easily replace the machines in a timely fashion without having to manually check them one-by-one and manually enter the details into the inventory management software.

Making warranty lookups has difficult as possible for an end user and 1000x so for an IT professional was a perplexing move....

Correct. I have also not heard that a public api is available again to check the warranties.
