Error "Err500114"

Hi,

When trying to open a case in HPE Support Center website, the error message "Err500114" appears and the ticket is not created.

Does anyone know what this means?

I'm actually trying to open a case for some switches, but the error "Err500114" appears after upon completion.

Switches Serial Number: **confidential info erased**.

Hello,

I was finally able to create a support case.  For some reason when I tried to open a case though https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/createcase, and tried to submit it,  I kept receiving "Err500114".  So I went to https://infosight.hpe.com/resources/nimble/support to view may past support cases, then clicked the "+New Case" button from that page, and I was able to create a support case.

I did some tests:

• Clear the cache: Done.
• Clear the cookies: Done.
• Clear browsing history of all time: Done.
• Try the same with a different browser or also in incognito mode: Done.

But it did not work. Actually I'm trying to create a case for a switch.

You have to report the issue to the technical service, they will fix it.

Going to Infosight was the correct option. I was able to open my case. Thank you!
