RAID-5 can tolerate the loss of a single disk drive. I am not familiar with the ML-150, but: some servers do not support SATA hot-plug even if the handle on the drive carrier suggests that the drive is meant for hot-plugs.

Do you maybe know if I remove one of the disks ( to check can I boot Win Server 2003 on the server without one disk in RAID-5 mode) can I destroy disk just a acting like that.

						hello Muhamed,
A clearer understanding of how RAID works will answer your concerns, This Wiki article is quite good http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Redundant_array_of_independent_disks
