Very interesting!!! I saw the 12 digits SN you talked about. But I was able to retrieve it via GUI not CLI. By the way, it is referenced as Supplier Serial #.I am very much interested to see How to get it via CLI.

Check out the last line of the chassisshow command, that is your HP Serial Number:

CHASSIS/WWN Unit: 1
Header Version: 2
Factory Part Num: 40-0200155-06
Factory Serial Num: LX0999999999
Manufacture: Day: 10 Month: 5 Year: 2006
Update: Day: 27 Month: 10 Year: 2006
Time Alive: 78 days
Time Awake: 51 days
ID: BRD0000CA
Part Num: SLKWRM0000410
Serial Num: USB9999RAA

If you are licensing your Powerpack, you will need the switch WWN. You can get that with the switchshow command.
