HPE Synergy compute module, and iLo Amplifier not forwarding data to Infosight

We have setup our Synergy compute modules to talk to an iLo amplifier instance, but the iLo amplifier is not forwarding the information through to Infosight. We do have many other servers where it is working correctly. Is there something we need to do to enable this?

Were you able to successfully add the iLO's of your Synergy nodes to iLO Amp? If you see the Synergy compute nodes in the iLO Amp inventory, then data should be collected and transmitted to the backend.  I'd suggest you open a support case in order to examine this further.

BTW, iLO Amp does not support Frame Link Modules, farbic modules, D3940 storage, and the Composer.  Just in case you are attempting to also add those for Infosight for Servers.
