The big day is finally here as HPE Discover Virtual Experience 2020 kicked off on June 23^rd in the Americas, and June 24^th worldwide. By going virtual this year, HPE has brought the Discover experience to an even larger audience around the world free of cost to all the registered attendees. HPE Discover Virtual Experience is a unique, engaging, interactive, and above all a great experience for all the attendees. Day 1 kicked off with a live keynote from HPE CEO Antonio Neri, followed by a host of live and on-demand sessions, demos, and training designed to help you and your company accelerate transformation, while Day 2 featured tech insights, product demos, Women in Tech wisdom, Business of Sports panel and more.

The Day 1 keynote by CEO Antonio Neri addressed topics such as the future of as-a-service storage offerings and edge-to-cloud technology. The keynote focused on how organizations can recover in the near term and thrive in the future by accelerating their digital transformations. Neri, along with other guest speakers discussed how HPE is here to help your organization now and in the future.

On the OEM front, we had exciting demos from customers illustrating real-world implementations, like Synamedia, Lunit and Superloop CyberHound. A significant highlight of Day 2 was the program on how women leaders in technology led through recovery. Hosted by the renowned broadcast journalist, Soledad O’Brien, the segment featured four leading women in business and tech (Myra Davis- Senior VP at Texas Children’s Hospital, Rashmi Kumar- CIO at HPE, Jennifer Temple- CCO at HPE, & Maggie Wilderotter- HPE Board of Directors), who shared valuable insights and strategies on how companies can build resilience and act nimbly as they make their way through these complex times.

Another prominent segment was hosted by Danny Hornigold, a veteran sports broadcaster, who led a discussion with sports icons about the emotional, cognitive, and physical demands of working under pressure.
