Cannot find Diskless server package for 11i v1

I'm trying to net boot an rp5450
(older PA-RISC)...

I cannot find the diskless server package described in this document?

Does this package have a different name in 11i v1?

I see the lif(4) tools and know that I can boot
the IgniteUX kernel over the net.
But, don't see a configuration to boot a standard kernel.

This is NOT availoable for any HP-UX 11x version.
As per page 897 of that manual you list:
This section provides information on NFS Diskless, a technology
supported on HP-UX 10.0 through 10.20. If all your servers are running
10.30 or later, this information will not be of interest to you

Is there a netboot kernel/fs available for any 11i (PA-RISC/Itanium) version of HP-UX?

What do you really want to do?

Run the rp5450 "diskless" or install a new OS over network?

I want to run diskless with an NFS root filesystem. I see that the IgniteUX LIF file has the kernel plus what appears to be a RAM disk or something like a Linux initrd. So, I would like to be able to edit that to control the initialization.

Diskless NFS was dropped as of HP-UX 11.00 and there is no replacment available that I know of

Why diskless? Even from a theoretical point of view - putting a disk into the server and install the OS on it is IMHO much better.

I wish to manage several and boot them with different images at different times during the week. I don't want to copy the image contents to each box. That will take too long.

Since diskless is not an option - how about several disks?

I want to use lots of images...
With linux, I can boot over the net,
tftp an initrd, and have the initrd make all kinds of decisions as to where to go from there.
It appears that if I could crack the IgniteUX bootsys image that I could do the same thing?

Is there an IgniteUX development kit?
