Daylight savings patch 2006

Is there any further information regarding the daylight savings patch for Australia (2006)

The following website:

http://ftp.support.compaq.com.au/

suggests a "feb" release for patch : I certainly can't find it. I know theat modification to the tztab file will get me out of trouble, however the business is interested in an "official" patch.

This is for HPUX 11.11 (PA).

The official patch is due to be released on 13th March. But if you have a support with HP you can get it right now though its not an official release but it is tested patch
