Reinstall CD-Writer Plus to different hard drive

My main hard drive (C) where I have my operating system
(Windows 98) is running out of space, so I uninstalled
CD-Writer Plus 7200e and reinstalled to my other (much
bigger hard drive). However, unless I was blind or
distracted, there seemed to be no option given in the
installation program, contrary to many others, whereby
the default directory chosen by the installation program is given but there is
also a box saying "browse" and if I click that I can choose another drive and
directory where to install the software. So I abandoned the reinstallation for
the moment.

My question is: how can I change the default drive and directory where I can
reinstall CD-Writer Plus 7200e (the reason: my C drive has not enough space).
