upgrading 11.11 to 11.23

We are upgrading from 11.11 to 11.23 and are needing to obtain the 11.23 release of Vpar Monitor. Can this be downloaded using our existing SAID, or do we need to purchase the updated license of VPARs?

If you have a support agreement you order the media, its not available by download.
