32 x 32 GB or 16 x 64 GB of RAM?

Noob question, are there any differences in performance on the server with 32 x 32 GB of RAM versus 16 x 64 GB?

Will the speed be affected here?, if so, the speed is either 2933 or 3200 Mhz. your response will be appreciated. Thank you.

If the speed of the DIMM's are the same. It doesn't really make a difference with the performance. Will give you the same performance in either configurations. If they're different, it may slightly make a difference with the performance.
