HPE user_token not working for firmware updates
Hi, i am trying to run firmware updates from HPE intelligent provisioning. I already have the user_token.txt from HPE support center saved in a USB stick and is plugged in during the update process. When i select firmware update and select the usb key that contains the token. it just doesnt do anything and goes back to selecting updates. what step am i missing?

Issue :- firmware updates via HPE Intelligent Provisioning using a user_token.txt file saved on a USB drive and system fails to proceed and loops back to the update selection after you select the USB key.
Kindly the following details:
- The model and generation of the server you are using.
- The exact error message you are encountering (if any).
In the meantime, please refer to the following guide on updating firmware using Intelligent Provisioning:
