rundll32.exe error on installation and execution

I am attempting to install the Foundation Agent (v5.10.0.0) from the Support Paq 5.10B on a machine running Windows 2000 Advanced Server (in Terminal Server Mode). Windows 2000 SP2 has been installed, as has Citrix MetaFrame 1.8 (W2K) & the MetaFrame SP3.

The machine is a DL360 (PIII 1Ghz) with the latest Systems & Options ROMPaq's installed.

I have extracted the contents of the bundle file (cp000789.exe) and I am running the install.exe via Add/Remove programs (As force by Terminal Server!).

The install initially looks like it is running OK. The SNMP & WMI services are stopped without error, but just after that (at about 50% complete) the following error occurs.

Runtime Error!
(M:\WINNT\System32\rundll32.exe)
Abnormal Program Termination.

The only option is 'OK', when this is selected the installation seems to continue & complete (the services are re-started).

When I attempt to run the Management Agents configuration program from Control Panel, I get the same rundll32.exe error.

Any help / advice will be appreciated !
