Surveyor.Exe taking HUGE amounts of memory & Processor

Has anyone seen before.

It is on a Windows 2000 SP4 server, SQL 2000 SP3a, runing McAfee Enterprise 8 and has been running for quite a while without any problems.

It started to report Event ID 2019 Soure Srv in the early hours of the morning and stopped responding to user requests. Reboot sorted the problem.

Development on the Survey Utility in Windows has stopped. It has been replaced by the hp Insight Diagnostics, available from http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html
