ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 33292 bytes (pga heap,Get krha asynch mem)

We have HP DL580G4 Windows 2003 Enterprise Ed, With 8 GB Memory, Some times Oracle Application memory allocation error generating in the particular server, same Oracle Application are running in the ML570 with 4GB memory without any error, the below error generated in the system.
